Who We Are

G4 is a FA Charter Standard Centre and club focusing on the game understanding and technical development of players from the ages of 7-15. Underpinning and improving players’ technicality, elevating their mindsets through physical and psychological development.

Our aim is to bridge the gap between the grassroots and professional game – building sustainable development pathways by showcasing our players through our partner arm G4 F.C.

Proudly sponsored by adidas and Coerver coaching we take pride in embracing hard work and the importance of having a first-class attitude! With the vision of shaping every individual player in a manner that will give them the best chance to experience the beautiful game.

G4 Academy

The Academy

G4 Academy is open to all players aged 8-14 providing tailored weekly sessions that are catered to developing players through our well-devised curriculum which is underpinned by high-intensity technical and fitness training, termly player performance reviews, tournaments, and coaching masterclasses. G4 Academy provides the opportunity to develop your skills whilst playing for your existing Saturday, Sunday league or academy teams whilst also providing player development pathways from our Academy to club through our partner arm G4 F.C.

Academy Coaching

We follow best practices in all that we do; All G4 Coaches are FA Qualified or are currently undertaking their FA Qualifications, with both safeguarding and first aid accreditation, including Fully enhanced DBS disclosures.

The Club

G4 FC is a Sunday League FA Charter Standard Football Club, focusing on the game understanding and technical development of players. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the grassroots and professional game, building sustainable development pathways, by providing our players with experiences that will raise the aspirations of our players and provide opportunities within the game.

Club Training

G4 FC will consist of two training sessions a week, one at the academy and one for team training that will focus on match preparation and analysis.

This new football team is doing things right! When it comes to confidence building and raising the self esteem of young people. The level of commitment and professionalism that I have witnessed in the short time I have been chaperoning my grandson to training sessions and matches is remarkable. Our son has been playing football for a number of years in Southeast London, and has joined G4 Academy and club in the summer of 2022 and has grown hugely in confidence, fitness, and skill since joining. The academy nurtures the players with regular training and feedback which includes the boys in the process and more importantly the responsibility and discipline that they need at this formative age in their sports careers. The coaches have taken my son’s game to another level! Especially in the area of in-game intelligence. A big part of their philosophy is ensuring my son understands the different scenarios that could happen in a game, and how to spot and react to them. You really do feel you are at a top-level academy, preparing players for the real world of football.

I have enjoyed watching the training sessions, although it is a new club I am sure it will stand the test of time. I love the fitness tests, Guest masterclasses with professional coaches and players and the music on the speaker is a lovely touch.
